01. Welcome to my corner of the internet!

My name is Satyajit (but you can call me Chris). I recently graduated from Rutgers University—New Brunswick with a B.S. in Astrophysics and a minor in Mathematics, where I explored the applications of machine learning in gravitational lens modeling. Currently, I’m pursuing entry-level roles in Astrophysics research and Data Science to tackle complex problems with data-driven solutions.

Outside of coding and studying, I recharge by listening to music or having creative brainstorming sessions alongside my trusty panda plush (and morale officer), Dr. Bubbles.

Here are a few technologies I've been working with recently:

  • Python
  • NumPy
  • SciPy
  • AstroPy
  • Pandas
  • Matplotlib
  • Seaborn
  • Keras
  • SQL
